My 1st thought was Neo in the Matrix
Every week I answer Angelina Jolie as my answer for obvious reasons. This week you tricked me so I had to think hard after I saw The Matrix was taken. So I will have to say Matt Dillion’s role in WildThings. I also am a huge fan of Neve Campbell & Denise Richards is pleasant to look at also. Let’s just say one particular scene would be the greatest in movie history for me.

If I could re-cast Jolie in any male action role, it would be True Lies. I think the female prospective would be interesting!
I would love to see Angelina Jolie in the “I am Legend” role. She would play it perfectly waiting for some kind of hope and living alone with her dog, finding monsters and testing them. It would just be great to see her own little twist on that role.

I would re-cast her in The Matrix as the lead role “Neo”. She has the perfect looks for the main character and would have really made a great impact with the Martial Arts scenes. She would have made the movie even more better than it already is.
I think I’d have to re-cast Angelina as Sid 6.7, replacing Russel Crowe, since his performances in action films (barring Gladiator) haven’t been great. And there’s also the scene where he’s nude which would have been much more pleasing to the eye if it were Angelina. 😉

I would re-cast her in the role of Raizo in Ninja Assassin. I think seeing her as a ninja would be kind of fantastic. It’s a super action movie, but it’s not just the blow-em up style action film. I think this would press her to exhibit a whole new set of skills in acting and fighting.

We’ve seen her act in many action movies like Wanted, Salt, Tomb Raider, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, etc. So I think to change things up, I’d like to see her play a antagonist role. Perhaps a serial killer with the movie focused on her rather than the police’s point of view. Sort of like how Dexter is constructed.

Although Jason Statham is amazing in the film “The Transporter” I think Angelina Jolie would also fit that role pretty well, thinking about her in that role reminds me of when she was driving that Viper in Wanted.
