The A-Team Extended Explosive Edition lands on Blu-ray

We love it when a plan comes together and when The A-team and Blu-ray are a part of that plan, then we love it even more!

Starring Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Sharlto Copley and Jessica Biel, The A-Team will be released as a special Blu-ray ‘Extended Explosive Edition’ Disc on 29th November.

Taking the spirit of the original series, strapping a bunch of rockets to it and crashing it through a brick wall at high speed, this muscle-bound, testosterone-fuelled, wise-cracking blast of blockbuster was one of the hottest theatrical releases of the year and a perfect action film for the Blu-ray format.

Including extras such as ‘The Devil’s in the Details: Inside the Action with the Director’,  ‘Plan of Attack’, ‘Character Chronicles’, ‘Visual Effects Before and After’, ‘Gag Reel’ and ‘A-Team Theme Mash Up Montage, expect to see Grade A action across all three fully loaded discs. The Explosive Edition also includes four exclusive character postcards.

We pity the fool to miss out on this!

HMV, leading retailer of music and home entertainment, has announced an 11 percent rise in profit this year, driven largely by increased sales of Blu-ray Discs.  In fact, Chief Executive Officer Simon Fox reported that Blu-ray Disc sales have doubled in the last fiscal year.

The increasing sales figures can be directly correlated with the launch of visually spectacular blockbusters such as Avatar, which are the perfect vehicle for high definition viewing.

And, with the launch of Blu-ray 3D, Fox expects Blu-ray Disc demand to escalate even further over the coming years.
